It finds the project's details, and the details of all the people that will need to be at the meeting. It then searches for a conference room that is free at a time convenient for everyone, and not too far away! It then emails the details of the meeting to everyone involved. It sends the route to the meeting to your Sat-Nav, schedules it in your diary, and even adds the contacts to your address book.
