A client phones, wanting to schedule a meeting between your two teams to view the plans of a new building. No problem. The agent on your handheld web browser gets to work. It finds the project's details, and the details of all the people that will need to be at the meeting. It then searches for a conference room that is free at a time convenient for everyone, and not too far away! It then emails the details of the meeting to everyone involved. It sends the route to the meeting to your Sat-Nav, schedules it in your diary, and even adds the contacts to your address book.
